The 45# steel blackened square rack is available in both straight and helical tooth designs, with customizable lengths to meet specific design and installation requirements.

All racks undergo heat treatment to achieve a hardness of 45–55 HRC, ensuring excellent wear resistance, stability, and long service life in demanding industrial applications.
